These Terms & Conditions govern access to the Qcart website, platform, and related services operated by Qcart.ai Pty Ltd.
These terms explain how Qcart may be used, what each party is responsible for, and the basic commercial and legal rules that apply when you access the site, trial the platform, or subscribe to the service.
Qcart.ai Pty Ltd, trading as Qcart, operates the Qcart website and software platform. These terms apply to your use of qcart.ai, the Qcart application, and related materials, communications, and support services we make available.
If you use Qcart on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation.
Qcart is a commerce platform designed to help businesses run wholesale and retail storefronts, customer segmentation and approval flows, pricing logic, product and order management, packaging and warehouse workflows, reporting, and related operational processes.

- integrations with third-party services such as payment and scheduling providers
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, controlling who has access to your workspace, and ensuring that your team uses the service lawfully and responsibly.
You must provide accurate account and billing details and promptly update them if they change.
Qcart may offer free trials, promotional access, monthly or annual subscriptions, and enterprise arrangements. Pricing, seat allowances, and plan entitlements are described on the relevant pricing page, order form, or other commercial agreement in force with you.
If you move to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any taxes or duties that apply to your subscription. Except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing, fees already paid are non-refundable.
Growth and Advanced card payments may also include a 0.1% Payment Platform Fee, as described on the applicable pricing page or order form.
You may not use Qcart in a way that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harmful to others, or likely to damage the service or its users. You must not attempt to interfere with security, gain unauthorised access, or use the platform to store or distribute malicious code.

You retain ownership of the business data and content you submit to Qcart, including customer records, catalog information, pricing rules, orders, images, and operational data. You give Qcart the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, secure, and display that material to provide the service.
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and integrity of the content and data you upload or cause Qcart to process on your behalf.
Some parts of the service may rely on third-party providers, including payment processors, scheduling tools, analytics providers, cloud infrastructure, messaging services, and integrations you enable. Your use of those services may also be subject to the third party's own terms and privacy practices.
Qcart is not responsible for third-party products or services that are outside our reasonable control, although we will act reasonably in selecting and supporting the providers we use.
Qcart and its underlying software, design, content, trademarks, and related materials remain the property of Qcart.ai Pty Ltd or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your valid subscription or permitted access period.
We may update, improve, or modify the service from time to time. We may also suspend access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or service protection.
We will use reasonable care in operating the platform, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay fees when due, create material security risk, or use the service in a way that could harm Qcart, other customers, or third parties.
You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any minimum commitment period or other commercial terms agreed with us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qcart is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be suitable for every business model, legal requirement, tax position, or operational environment without your own review and configuration.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Qcart.ai Pty Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, unless another mandatory law applies. The courts of Queensland, Australia will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the service.
